I have been working in the real estate sector for over 15 years. During my more than ten years of activity in one of the highest-turnover and most renowned brokerage companies in Europe, I have internalized the profession of real estate agent and have constantly developed myself further. Through my work in various locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, I have built up a dense network of interested parties, buyers and sellers who are interested in the continuous development of their portfolios through purchases and sales.

As a trained businessman in the real estate and housing industry, I worked in real estate management from the mid-1990s until 2001, among others at Merkur Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH (Gauselmann AG) and at Wohnbau Herford, a municipal housing company. At both companies I was responsible for the entire property management. My tasks included the conclusion of new rental agreements, the preparation of operating costs and the implementation and monitoring of minor maintenance measures.

For twelve years, I worked for Engel & Völkers Commercial (in three locations), where my tasks included customer and market analyses, price assessments, acquiring and valuing properties, selecting investors and negotiating purchase agreements.

In between, I worked for three years in real estate sales at AUFINA, at that time a partner of Commerzbank. From 2003 until 2005 I was with Kallen Hausverwaltung.

Being self-employed with the company Sauer Immobilienvermittlung gives me the chance to act even more autonomously and self-determined in order to respond even more to the individual situation and the needs of potential buyers and sellers. The constant business growth during the past fiscal year 2018 proves the success and the commitment made.
